It Comes Alive
I remember really hating history when I was in high school. In fact, I failed all my classes. The ironic thing is that, because of that, I have become a history teacher. I have made it my mission to teach it in a way that makes it come alive to my students. One of my favorite classroom tools is the day in history list I got at Cheap Lists. I bring up a new fact every single class day and have it on the board when the kids come in. It helps generate interest and get them in the mindset to make learning fun.
