Having acne vulgaris can be really uncomfortable. It can hinder you from doing lots of things and leave you feeling uneasy and uncomfortable.
The problem with acne is that this is one of the most common skin problems. It is kind of impossible to avoid because some of its trigger factors are part of the human’s biological system such as the age, hormonal changes, and heredity. It can also be acquired through a hot weather and polluted air. Even our own body produces a certain type of oil called sebum. It is the natural moisturizer of the skin and any excess of it must be removed or else it can trigger an outbreak.
