Good Home Workout
I have a small area to workout in because I workout at home. I also have a very limited amount of equipment to work with. But I absolutly love it. It forces me to think ouside the box at all times. Every workout needs to be very different and more intense than the previous workout. Here are some workouts to do at home that I use. Back and chest, I start with bent dumbell rows, superset with flat dumbell press. Next I would do dumbell deadlifts superset with incline exercise ball pushups, and last I like to do dumbell pull overs for both back and chest.
