I am getting ready to start up at a new gym my friend has just opened up. I am kind of nervous. I have not really been in a gym or worked out in probably five years. And from what I understand from my friend these workout classes are pretty intense with both weight training and cardio. Still my friend is giving me three months free membership because I helped him install some inexpensive bamboo flooring in the lobby of his gym.
