Improvement in Production
My husband and I own a business that manufactures parts for motorcycles. We have a lot of machinery in the plant that needs to be maintained and we need employees that know what needs to be done. After much discussion and having some mishaps with machine problems we decided that we needed to supply our employees with some good maintenance training. After doing a lot of checking around we found a place that will customize a program that suits the needs of our business. Now that we will have a plan in place I am sure we will see an improvement in production.
