Manufacturing Training Can Improve Your Bottom Line
I started working for my current employer over fifteen years ago when there were just 12 employees. Over the past two years the company has enjoyed huge growth and I have been promoted to plant manager. The company grew too quickly and wasn’t prepared for the volume of orders we are getting. Of course we have plenty of employees to do the job, but we need to improve our bottom line. I have suggested that we purchase a manufacturing training course in order to learn where to make changes. We have to get a handle on the overtime or this alone will kill us. I have done some research and made my recommendation on the course to purchase.
