New Training Program
I advised my training manager last week that I would be hiring several new maintenance workers that he would need to start training. We talked at length about the training that the previous workers had been given and we both agreed that it was time for a new and improved maintenance training program. He told me that he knew of a company that could provide us with a customized program that would produce great results. I told him to go ahead and get whatever he felt was needed to better train our employees and hopefully improve the productivity of the whole plant.
