The property that Warren had found for me
This past January I got a call out of the blue from my friend Warren who said that he had found the kind of property that I wanted to buy. Warren is a real estate broker here in the County of Riverside and months before I told him that I wanted to find a 4 acre parcel of land to build upon. Thankfully I was already qualified through the bank that I belong to. They had run a credit report on me and found that my credit was impeccable and I had a FICO score that was in the top 5% of the nation.
