The Oster 4207 Wine Opener Review
This Oster 4207 Wine Opener has been really delivering results for about a month. Most manual cork screws are hard on my hands and fingers. This one is not magic, but it’s pretty good. Caveats: Your wine bottle will spin if you don’t plant it firmly on your counter top. You can’t see or feel where the cork screw meets the cork and I have had one cork get stuck due to a bad start. It still takes both hands to get the job done. But overall: For people who open wines several times a week, it’s a good tool. It is better than a $25 battery operated cork screw I bought at a wine shop. The Oster stays charged up well so you don’t have to leave the cord on it. It is the coolest looking thing sitting out on my counter top. View more of the consumer report.
