Choosing the Best Out of the Bunch
I am an independent contractor and I have worked out of my home for several years. During this time, I have worked for several companies doing customer service. Some experiences has been better than others, because some companies are far more advanced. Some of the companies took days to get in touch with you when you had a problem. The company that I work for now is the best company that I have every worked for. They use Trouble Ticket Software, which makes it easy for me to submit a ticket any time of day or night. I feel comfortable that my problem will be solved quick and efficiently.
