The Charges Were Outrageous
I opened my cell phone bill the other day, and I was met with so much shock that I felt like I was going to faint. The charges were outrageous! I had no idea where they were coming from, and the bill was confusing. So I called the company to see if they could help me understand. However, they were simply rude to me. They told me that I should have known better. The more I think about it, the more it makes me want to change carriers. According to a consumer cellular coverage map I looked at the other day, I should have service if I switch to them. And they aren’t rude to their customers.
